How to add a journal entry?

1. Click the Gear icon at the right top. 2. Select Chart of Accounts under Your Company. 3. Locate the account where you want to post the Journal Entry and click View register under Action. 4. Hit the add transaction ▼ drop-down, then choose Journal Entry. 5. Enter the date, ref no, payee, account, and amount. 6. Click Save.
