You then log in to Google Sheets, choose the option to Import Data, and select the file you exported from QBO. This manual method works with all versions of QuickBooks. This will not automatically update your QBO data in Google Sheets like synching the two accounts would do, but it’s a good contingency plan.

To sync QBO reports with Google Sheets, do the following:
1. Open the report that you want to sync.
2. Click on the “Export” button at the top of your report.
3. Select “Copy to Google Sheets”.
4. Select the spreadsheet that you want to import the data into.
5. Click “OK” to finish syncing the report into Google Sheets.
