How To Create a Project Level P&L in LiveFlow?

There are two different ways to do this.

  • Method 1 is to filter the P&L report by a customer/project.
  • Method 2 is to set each customer/project into its own column on the P&L.

Method 1:

  1. Open LiveFlow
  2. Go to the Create Report tab
  3. Select a Profit & Loss report
  4. Click on Show Filters
  5. Click on Filter by Customer/Project
  6. Select the filter called Filter by Customer/Project
  7. Click Create Live Report to import the P&L report

Method 2

  1. Open LiveFlow
  2. Go to the Create Report tab
  3. Select a Profit & Loss report
  4. Select the Display Columns By dropdown
  5. Set it to be Customer
  6. Click Create Live Report to import the P&L report
