How To Automate Budget vs. Actuals

  1. Import your P&L from QuickBooks and choose Display-by: Month.
  2. Inside the P&L report, create budget columns in between your actuals columns.
  3. Insert your budget values.
  4. Reload your spreadsheet and your actuals will update 100% automatically, in the right cells of course!
