Freshsales is another CRM that integrates with QuickBooks online, and once connected, you can review your sales transaction data, view invoices, and track payment statuses from directly within either application. That’s about all you can do with this integration, but it’s better than nothing.
Unfortunately, you will need to most expensive Freshsales subscription package to be able to integrate with QuickBooks, but that’s still less than many of the packages offered by the bigger CRMs on this list.
Zoho is gaining a ton of traction in the industry and is quickly earning a reputation as being one of the best overall CRMs for managing customer relationships and viewing insightful analytics data that empowers companies to scale exponentially.
With Zoho, companies can automate their workflows, manage sales and support pipelines, handle customer contact and follow-ups, create and implement campaigns, and much more. Best of all, Zoho integrates with QuickBooks so that you can access most of your existing financial data directly within Zoho.
Unfortunately, integrating Zoho CRM for QuickBooks is a bit of a pain in the backside. The other CRMs on this list can be connected to QuickBooks with a few clicks of the mouse, not Zoho. The process of integrating QuickBooks with Zoho is rather complicated, tedious, and time-consuming.
That said, it’s still worth doing. Once you connect QuickBooks to Zoho, you'll be able to do almost everything directly within your CRM. In fact, Zoho supports almost as many QuickBooks features as Method CRM.
Insightly is another CRM that integrates with QuickBooks. It’s one of the best CRMs on the market in terms of customer data and analytics. Unlike Zoho, Insightly can be integrated with QuickBooks with no hassle whatsoever.
